Mrs. Elizabeth Sharp died at her home on West Green Street at 1/2 past one on Monday afternoon. She has been in poor health for some time. She was the daughter of David and Mary Hutton and was born in the Freedom neighborhood, June 20, 1849. She married the late Joseph Russell Sharp in 1880. They had no children and an adopted daughter, Mrs. Bert Dowden is dead. There are children of Mrs. Dowden living: Mrs. Charles Sering of Indianapolis and Frank Dowden of Crawfordsville. There is also a nephew, Earl Moore. Funeral services at the home on Wednesday afternoon were conducted by Rev. H. Ray Sigler. Burial at Maple Ridge. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sering of Indianapolis, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Smith of Chicago; Mrs. Robert Carlin and daughters, of Clinton and Mrs. Herbert Lewis. - kbz
